I work with english and spanish speaking children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I also support young people who may be struggling with developmental, emotional, or behavioral concerns and need a space where they feel understood and supported.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change.
