You might feel constantly overwhelmed but also completely drained at the same time. Your mind doesn’t slow down—overthinking, worrying, replaying things—but you also feel stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself. It’s exhausting to feel both anxious and low at the same time.
I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and the combination of both—especially those who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional burnout. You might be used to pushing through or appearing “fine” on the outside, while internally struggling to keep up.
In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s keeping you stuck while also building practical tools to help you feel more stable day-to-day. We’ll work on managing racing thoughts, navigating low energy and motivation, and creating changes that feel realistic versus overwhelming.
My approach is supportive, and collaborative. You don't have to carry this alone. Therapy is a space where we can work to make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward that actually feels possible. If you’re unsure where to start, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk through what’s going on and see if we’re a good fit.
