I’m a CT-based clinical psychologist authorized by Psycpact to practice telepsychology across 42 states. I specialize in trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy for the LGBTQIA+ community and survivors of sexual and gender-based harassment/violence. I help adults struggling with PTSD, anxiety, and identity-based stressors (ie.g., gender, sexuality, race.). My mission is to provide you with coping skills, insight, validation, and resiliency to thrive in our challenging world. As a queer therapist, I aspire to offer a safe space for LGBTQIA+ identity exploration for queer and trans clients.

I am an experienced trauma therapist with expertise in treating the impacts of sexual and interpersonal violence. I offer EMDR and CPT for trauma/PTSD and CBT and supportive therapy for present-centered coping and problem-solving. For trans individuals seeking gender-affirming care, I offer no-cost evaluations with referral letters meeting WPATH guidelines.
