Congratulations on getting curious & taking a step towards wellness & fulfillment! Starting this process can be scary, whether this is your first time in therapy or your return. You may be searching for support in individual struggles, parenting, or relational conflict. I work with children, teens, families, & adults to address obstacles like anxiety, depression, life changes, racial trauma, behavioral concerns, family dynamics, and work/school related stress. Change does not happen in isolation; I hope to work with you (& your community) to learn/unlearn, heal, grow, & create the story that reflects your most authentic truths.
I am an interdisciplinary therapist holding a Marriage and Family Therapist license and a doctorate in Counseling. I am also a mental health researcher and educator. My approach to therapy is integrative, grounded in Systems Theory and is trauma informed. I sustain an intersectional framework fostering culturally inclusive mental health.
My services are Telehealth (virtual) only. I honor that this type of therapy is not for everyone, nor is every clinician. If you choose to work with me, I will focus on upholding a non-judgmental space for us to create a unique plan to reach your goals. If you are committed to getting curious and doing the work, let’s begin!
