Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first steps towards better mental health. I am passionate about holistic therapy that makes life just a little bit easier! My goal is to build a relationship that is welcoming, understanding, and transformative. Therapy can be a difficult process sometimes, and it is my hope to be there supporting the journey. I work with adolescents and adults through a wide variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and relational issues.
My therapeutic approach is to use the intersection of neuroscience, expressive arts, and evidence-based practices and tailor them to best suit my clients' needs! As a Pakistani-American with a Muslim background, I have a deep understanding of the impact of cultural identity in mental health. My passion lies in helping clients from a variety of backgrounds!
Outside of sessions I enjoy watercolor painting, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and scouting out new plant and coffee shops.
