I specialize in psychological assessment; anxiety and mood disorders; perinatal ("postpartum") mental health; parenting challenges; and immigrant, minority, and POC stress. I customize therapy to your needs, using primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic work, and elements of coherence therapy.
