If you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or loss, you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone. Whether your experiences are rooted in childhood, relationships, or a single overwhelming event, therapy can help you process what’s been stuck and finally feel some relief.
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma (both acute and long-term), anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. I also have a strong passion for supporting individuals in high-stress roles such as first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, and other frontline professionals, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I take a whole-body, relational approach to therapy. That means we don’t just focus on thoughts—we pay attention to how your experiences live in your body and nervous system. I’m trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic techniques, CBT, and parts-informed work.
Rather than a strictly structured or clinical style, I show up as my genuine self in session—because real healing happens in real, human connection. Clients often tell me they appreciate how easy it feels to talk with me. My style is laid-back, direct, and supportive, while still helping you move toward meaningful change.
