The Creative Journal: Dissociative Disorders

The Creative Journal: An Online Workshop for People with Dissociative Disorders. (On Zoom)-An art journaling group (not therapy) for people with dissociative disorders to gather in community, creating art. Each week we use different media and techniques in our personal journals such as collage, watercolors, printing, found poetry and journal prompts. There is time to create and share during each session. 8 week sessions offered this Spring - one on Mondays at NoonET, one on Tuesday evening at 7PMET and one on Thursdays at NoonET. SoulCollage® Explorations(Zoom Group)

SoulCollage® is an easy, fun tool for exploration and expression of the many parts of self. It is a process of self-discovery where you create a personal collection of collaged cards which reflect your inner and outer world using simple materials –images, scissors and glue. You will have the opportunity to use your imagination and intuition to allow the cards to “speak” to you, to learn more about aspects of yourself and use the wisdom from those aspects of self to address present issues. For more information check my website: http://www.alixamar.com on the SoulCollage Page.
