I am a Columbia University trained therapist and founder of LiteMinded, a therapy practice specializing in anxiety, self esteem, complex trauma, life transitions and relationships in 20/30-somethings.

I work holistically with all of who you are. By using evidenced-based therapeutic modalities in our work together, you can gain a deeper understanding of your internal world, process past and present experiences and develop effective coping skills for navigating life’s stressors. I am also EMDR-trained.

As a relational therapist, I believe in the importance of building a strong and secure therapeutic relationship. Just like in any relationship, the right "chemistry" is essential.
