If you are one of the thousands struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), an anxiety disorder (including social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, various phobias, and panic disorder), body focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling or skin picking), depression, or big life events - I'm here to listen and help. Your treatment will focus on behavioral change and activation, and cognitive restructuring which will help you feel empowered as you realize that you are able to manage your anxiety, depression, and anything you're currently struggling with.
You will feel understood and validated, yet challenged. I utilize a variety of approaches to meet each clients individual needs. Ones that could be utilized include, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) from a Trauma-Informed perspective.
