I have 25 years experience in providing somatic-based strategies (yoga, active-embodied meditation), in community mental health settings, public schools, and private practice. I have certifications in HIKE4evolution, Breathwork, and extensive lifelong experience with biofeedback/neurofeedback (in-person), subtle energies and energy medicine & mindfulness.
