I am passionate about working with clients with trauma history, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship/boundary issues.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, with additional training in complex trauma, dissociation, and OCD. I enjoy working with teens/adults experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, and those who have experienced one or multiple traumas. I use an eclectic approach including parts work, EMDR, talk therapy, and mindfulness.
Safety is a huge part of therapy, and I value creating a safe space for clients to tell their stories. I am passionate about educating my clients so they can understand their symptoms as we work together on healing.
