I have a profound commitment to support individuals and families through complex emotional and psychological challenges. My approach is grounded in creating a compassionate, safe, and healing environment where every individual is seen, heard, and understood. I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I offer individual and family sessions, as well as parent coaching and co-parent counseling. For co-parenting counseling my goal is to keep your child's needs front and center when creating a parenting plan.
My experience practicing in various mental health settings and private practice has allowed me to treat a spectrum of mental health issues, including trauma and depression, attachment, identity development, anxiety, parenting skills, co-parenting dynamics, and familial conflict. My therapeutic work is influenced by a relational psychodynamic lens.
By fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and genuine connection, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their inner worlds, vulnerabilities, and embrace their authentic selves. I am dedicated to walking alongside you, offering insights and guidance, and empowering you to reclaim your sense of agency and wellbeing.
