My approach to therapy incorporates life experience, authenticity, humor, and a deep sense of hope for healing for people experiencing communication, boundary-building and self-esteem issues; anxiety; burnout; grief and loss; adult ADHD; or just the daily challenges of life.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals facing life transitions, neurodiversity in relationships, and fertility challenges including fertility treatments, infertility, and childlessness. These experiences can bring emotional strain, grief, and isolation, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
