Life brings unexpected challenges and traumas—some brief, others long-lasting. In the midst of this, we often lose touch with our inner voice, neglect our needs, and begin to believe negative core beliefs. This can lead to cycles of anxiety, depression, and difficulty in relationships and daily life. Together, we’ll work to break these patterns, heal from trauma, and reconnect with your true self. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner serenity, strengthen your self-awareness, and build the tools needed for lasting growth and change.

I specialize in trauma, including religious trauma, complex PTSD, generational trauma, and abuse. Supporting clients through faith transitions, addressing shame, sexual shame, and family dynamics. My work centers on women’s issues and affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Healing and growth should look unique and different for every individual. Utilizing a strong set of training in trauma informed practice, I will help you meet your treatment goals and build a life more connected to you. I am a trauma informed therapist integrating talk therapy, EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, structural dissociative model, art therapy and MI.
