My areas of specialization include Perinatal Mental Health, Food & Body Issues, and supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and loss of direction.
I offer both in-person sessions at my Bellingham office and virtual sessions for clients across Washington state.
My approach to therapy incorporates psychodynamic therapy, unconditional positive regard, and the neuroscience of attachment. Together, we can work through the stressors and difficulties you're facing and move towards a more fulfilling life.

Groups
Migrating into Motherhood
Migrating into Motherhood is a therapist-led process group for mothers in their first year postpartum. Matrescence—the transition into motherhood—can be one of the greatest transformations in a woman’s life. This closed group (4–8 participants) offers a supportive space to explore identity shifts, relationship changes, emotional overwhelm, and the complexities of early motherhood. Through reflection and shared process, members build connection and reduce isolation. The group meets for 6 sessions, every other Tuesday from 10:30am–12:00pm, beginning April 7th.
