It is my honor to help individuals from all walks of life process challenges and move towards healing. I am passionate about providing a safe space for children, teens, and adults to feel seen and heard as they share their stories through counseling. In individual therapy, I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, behavioral concerns, chronic pain, trauma, adoption issues, attachment problems, and relational strains.
I specialize in providing Child-Centered Play Therapy to children (ages 3+) to process emotions, thoughts, and problems in a developmentally appropriate way. I also work with caregivers to strengthen the child-parent relationship and provide ongoing parent consultations.
