My approach to therapy is relational in nature and centered around your values, using cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques when necessary. I specialize in issues related to relationship difficulties, stress, work-life balance, career & life transitions, anxiety, depression, parenting, and adult ADHD.
