As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I view my client through a systemic lens. I am always mindful of relational patterns even when working with individuals. I have helped adults navigate personal traumas as well as relationships with their children and spouses. Teenagers find comfort in the confidentiality of therapy as I assist them to see their parents' viewpoint differently and create a mutual relationship of understanding between parent and child.
