Along with my colleagues at North Shore Psychotherapy, I am providing therapy in person as well as via Telehealth.
About
I provide therapy to children, teens, and adults who are experiencing mood and relationship difficulties. I help my clients to better understand patterns in their lives and use this insight to initiate changes in mood, intimacy and connection, and to manage difficult emotions and challenges with development. The process of growth and healing is tied into the relationship between therapist and client. The quality of the "fit" is crucial. My goal is to help my clients find meaning in their struggles, understand their own symptoms, and find ways to live more fulfilling and creative lives.
Specialties: difficulties with relationships, depression and anxiety, significant life transitions, adoption and blended family struggles, difficulties in adolescence and emerging adulthood. With a variety of treatment approaches and styles available today, I am most interested in helping clients determine if I am the right therapist for their needs.
I am psychodynamically oriented which means that in sessions I am listening for patterns that emerge, the connection between present struggles and past experiences, and how each person's experience within therapy reflects other experiences in relationships outside of therapy. Through this process I can help my clients find new ways of being and relating.

Pre Teen Social Group
Looking for an opportunity to build friendships and social skills? My colleague at North Shore Psychotherapy, Orli Ginsburg, will be facilitating a group for preteens. Group will meet weekly for 10 sessions to provide socialization, coaching, and therapeutic support to kids ages 9-12. Group participants will engage in fun and therapeutic activities while addressing self-esteem, social struggles, and mental health/ wellbeing.
