Hi there! My name is Alissa and I am passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. Therapy is a journey to healing. Together we will develop an innovative treatment plan that will help you toward your goals. I graduated with a B.A from Umass Lowell and MSW from Boston University. For the past five years, I have been working with adults in a community setting. While I continue my community work, I am now offering telehealth therapy sessions in the evenings.

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, relationship issues, stress and grief. In my spare time, I enjoy caring for my many pets and singing!
