As both a child psychologist and a mom, I know how overwhelming it is when your child struggles with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Stressful mornings, homework battles, or a child who seems anxious, angry, or withdrawn can impact the whole family. Watching them suffer is heartbreaking, and when nothing you try seems to help, it’s easy to feel discouraged. You may long for a calmer home where your children get along, manage big feelings, and express themselves clearly and respectfully.
The good news is therapy can help. I specialize in therapy with kids, teens, and young adults, using CBT to provide coping skills to manage difficult emotions, build confidence, and promote behavioral change. I meet with parents as well, offering tools to support your child's progress in therapy and bring calm, connection, and peace at home.
I also offer a group for parents of children up to age 5 with behavioral challenges. In this group, you’ll find support and learn effective strategies to reduce difficult behaviors and strengthen your relationship with your child.
