With certifications in both psychodynamic psychotherapy and couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute, the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, offering a personalized path towards your personal and relationship goals.
