We forget that what may appear to be a mess of thread through our eyes might look like a masterpiece from another vantage point. The defining factor? Perspective. Learning to share our story, feel our feelings and tell the truth about them empowers us to live authentic, purposeful lives.
I've made it my mission to walk the road with others, helping each beautiful soul to understand their value and learn how to make beauty out of brokenness. I utilize story work, experiential interventions, attachment and identity education as well as the EMDR protocol to address trauma.
