You’ll be met with an LGBTQ-affirming and actively anti-racist approach, grounded in experience and compassion.

You can expect an eclectic approach that is a combination of different types of therapy, tailored to what would be most beneficial for you. If you're interested in EMDR, that’s an option available to you, supported by specialized training and over a decade and a half of practice.
