I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, neurodivergence, & chronic health issues in the pursuit of reclaiming their lives from the strain of constant overwhelm. My clients are often highly-sensitive and deeply feeling, but too often cope with life through self-criticism in an attempt to change what's causing them pain. Our work together offers the opportunity to move beyond shame, grief, depression and anxiety, & guides clients into a kinder, more functional approach to self-exploration and healing.

With 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, my work is a blend EMDR, Parts Work, and somatic, neuroscience-based approaches that go deeper than traditional talk therapy. The goal of this work isn’t to just gain insight, but to transform how you move through life; safe to be fully yourself.

Therapy doesn't have to be heavy; humor and creativity are an important part of my work with clients, and I welcome your weirdness.
