It’s hard to tune out those inner critics that leave us feeling not good enough, alone, and hopeless. Holding two master's degrees, I am trained in traditional talk therapy and art therapy. This gives you the option to find deeper meaning and healing by combining talk therapy with art making. Art therapy is a holistic approach, for all ages, that connects our minds and bodies with the world, and each other, creating change through creativity.
