Alison is a queer, neurodivergent therapist who prioritizes using a multicultural, strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing genuineness, compassion, & unconditional positive regard with all her clients. She seeks to create a safe & warm welcoming environment in her office, as she recognizes therapy is a vulnerable experience no matter if it is your first- or tenth-time coming in. Alison is passionate about working with folks identifying with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent adults, as well as people interested in addressing the impact of generational trauma on their sense of self.
