I work with adults who are used to being the strong one—the helper, the leader, the high achiever, or the person everyone else can count on. While you may look like you have it all together on the outside, internally you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. I have a particular interest in working with individuals in ministry, helping professions, service-oriented roles, and high-intensity careers. These roles can be deeply meaningful, but they can also come with unique pressures, expectations, and emotional demands. I enjoy creating a space where you don’t have to be the one
I also have a special interest in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of parenthood. Becoming a parent can bring joy and meaning while also bringing unexpected changes to your identity, relationships, and sense of self. I am trained in EMDR and use a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach.
I’m warm and compassionate, but I’m also straightforward. I believe you can feel supported in therapy while still being challenged to look honestly at what’s keeping you stuck and what you want to do differently. I want therapy to help you not only feel better, but understand yourself differently and create lasting change in the way you relate to yourself.
