Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with ten years of therapy experience. I offer a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to your story. I believe all people are capable of finding meaning, purpose, and joy in their lives. To do this, we need support to develop the tools to set healthy boundaries, learn ways to accept and cope with our emotions, and be mindfully present to our own lives.
I integrate traditional talk therapy with DBT skills training and a humanistic approach; essentially, every human being has inherent worth. You are likely to leave our sessions feeling validated, understood, and have some practical tools and techniques to move toward your goals. Humor is important to me so we’ll probably share some laughs along the way!
I truly love my work and I’ve been lucky to work with clients with many concerns. I am passionate about working with individuals with borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
