Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in NY with over 10 years of experience. I love working with children, teens, parents, college students/young adults, and adults. I am an expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and behavioral difficulties. My goal is to provide you with a warm and validating space where we can collaboratively achieve your goals. In sessions, we will develop adaptive coping skills, gently confront emotions, and build a life that is meaningful and fulfilling for you.
In addition to my private practice, I am an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and a Lead Psychologist at Zucker Hillside Hospital, Northwell.
