About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from Hunter School of Social Work in 1988, and have worked at Silver Hill Hospital and at New York Presbyterian Hospital. I have 30 years of clinical experience and specialize in DBT, Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, and Addiction Problems. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Individual and Family therapy and I am certified in Mediation. I work with couples doing premarital counseling as well as marital conflict resolution. I am available for a free 15 minute phone consultation. All information is strictly confidential.
My practice partner and I are trained addiction specialists. We facilitate interventions and work with families and loved ones throughout the process. We specialize in adolescent crisis intervention, provide safe and professional transport services, and make arrangements for admission to therapeutic boarding schools, wilderness programs, and treatment ctrs.
I see clients in my own office and can sometimes make arrangements to come to you. We can also schedule virtual sessions online. It can be hard to ask for help, but I want you to know, you don't have to do this alone.
