I enjoy supporting people in finding solutions to the issues that are affecting their day to day functioning. I love helping people of all ages who struggle with social skills, who have suffered from trauma/loss/addiction, or who are affected by people in their lives who struggle with addiction.
When working with children/teens, I find improvements may be noticed faster when the parents are involved in treatment. This may include weekly/monthly meetings.
