When your relationship is struggling, everything feels harder. Relationship pain has a way of making you feel completely alone — even when you're sitting right next to the person you love. Whether you're here as a couple or on your own, including LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, you don't have to keep sitting with this pain alone. I work with couples and individuals when relationships get messy, trust gets shaken, and the path forward feels uncertain.

My clients are couples in every stage — from premarital excitement to young families, midlife shifts, empty nesting, and beyond. Some need support navigating infidelity, lost intimacy, communication breakdowns, addiction's ripple effects, or divorce uncertainty. I also work with individuals facing relationship pain or uncertainty about what comes next.

I help couples reconnect using Gottman Method Couples Therapy to improve communication, rebuild trust, and restore intimacy. I offer Discernment Counseling for couples facing divorce uncertainty and searching for clarity. I'm a SYMBIS facilitator for premarital couples building a strong foundation. I work with individuals navigating relationship pain.
