With experience in middle school settings and teen residential inpatient programs, I understand the challenges young people and families face. I specialize in helping with depression, anxiety, and emotional struggles.
My approach blends relational therapy, humanistic/person-centered care, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT). This provides a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to share, while also teaching practical tools for managing emotions, handling stress, and improving relationships.
