Are you going through a life transition that has you feeling ‘stuck’. Has depression or anxiety become your daily experience? This does not mean you are broken. Emotions and thoughts are information just like a check engine light. I am glad you are listening to your emotions, mind and body signals. That is the first step towards health.
Therapy is a safe space to unpack and explore your experience.
You do not have to figure things out alone. Together, we can discover new tools, gain insights and cultivate resilience that support your journey towards the life you desire.
What do you hope for yourself? Is it to be more present, have peace or joy? Or to have hope and a new way of being in the world?
Often clients have underlying relational adaptations (trauma) from the past that impact their lives as adults and create problems in the present. Together we can discover what is keeping your stuck and create a path forward.
The therapeutic approaches I focus on incorporate skills (DBT, Somatic tools) and are trauma informed (NeuroAffective Relational Model (L2), SE and EMDR- in training).
We are all on this human journey together. I look forward to hearing from you and explore how we can work together so you feel better and function better.
