Hi, I'm Alison Outten, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of clinical experience working with individuals in areas including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life coaching. I use a holistic approach that consists of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Supportive, Strength-Based, and Holistic therapies during treatment with clients. I believe in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals.
