I believe it is an act of profound courage and faith in oneself to enter into therapy! As a healer and psychotherapist of 29 years, I have found Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Spirituality work synergistically to heal both Heart and Soul. While each of us has our own definition of Spirit, knowing we can include it in our work is transformative.
