I work with bright, sensitive autistic and neurodivergent teens and adults (including ADHD/AuDHD and those who suspect they may be) who feel deeply, think deeply, and are easily overwhelmed. You may be highly self-aware, intelligent, and capable, yet struggle with emotional overwhelm, shutdown, masking, burnout, or feeling misunderstood in relationships, school, or work.
You may have been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or “too much.” Many of my clients are highly perceptive and exhausted from masking or pushing through environments that don’t fit their nervous system. This is where I specialize.
I am neurodivergent and bring a decade of experience working with autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and chronic illness. Therapy with me is practical, validating, and tailored to your brain and nervous system.
