As human beings are unique, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I work with clients to gain an understanding of how they learn, experience life, and process emotions. We will work together to create a counseling environment and goals that work for you.
I specialize in working with women confronting postpartum depression and anxiety and women struggling to find balance in their roles as mothers, wives, professionals, and individuals. I work with adults through individual counseling and treat a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and addiction.
