About
I am a licensed psychologist who has been working in the field for over 25-years. I provide professional and compassionate individual and family therapy services to adults, adolescents and children who are experiencing a variety of stressors in their lives including, but not limited to, symptoms of depression, adjustment issues, grief and loss, anxiety, relational issues and issues due to the natural transitions in life. I also provide therapy addressing issues related to divorce with families who are invested in maintaining a positive co-parenting relationship.
My approach is psycho-dynamic and CBT focused. I enjoy helping people develop more adaptive coping strategies to live a more successful and fulfilling life, and to gain a better understanding of themselves as they continue on their journey. If you are unable to make it into the office I am also able to provide Telemedicine sessions through a secure website.
