I am passionate about empowering clients to explore the interactions between their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life circumstances as an avenue for making small-yet-powerful changes in their lives.
For more than a decade I have treated adults at university counseling centers and community mental health clinics around the country. I use a compassionate and individualized approach anchored in third wave psychotherapies; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness.
I specialize in working with relationships, intimacy, gender & sexuality concerns. I am a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-friendly therapist who is comfortable working with diverse and alternative relationships; including polyamory and non-monogamy.
