About
We all encounter difficult stressors, setbacks, and challenging moments in life, which is normal. Whether you'd like to improve your relationships, mood, or need support coping with a difficult circumstance I can help. I'm an empathic, supportive and active therapist with 10 years of post-graduate experience working with individuals and couples from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. My passion lies in helping and motivating individuals to create positive changes which improve their quality of life. I provide a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment where together we will work to address the issues that you are faced with.
My specialties include:career/workplace stress, anxiety (generalized, OCD, panic attacks), trauma, ADD, dating/relationships, and life transitions. I am learned in several of the more modern therapeutic approaches including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based, Solution Focused, Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing.
