IFS helps explore parts that are wounded, protective, or exiled with compassion.
Yoga & Tantra (not sexualized) includes breath, mindfulness, connection, energy, intimacy, and body awareness to calm the nervous system and increase self-regulation.
Our work together is collaborative and compassionate. I bring presence, curiosity, and respect for the full spectrum of your experience. Sessions might include talk therapy, guided imagery, parts work (IFS), somatic practices, yoga, or spiritual inquiry—depending on what feels right for you.
