Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in treatment and management of diagnoses such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and Asperger's Syndrome. Much of my practice revolves around Adult ADHD and the impact on relationships, improving social skills and relationships, bullying and LGBTQ issues, and working with teenagers navigate through this tough period. Practitioners frequently refer patients to me for psychological evaluations in order to clarify diagnoses, understand possible barriers to progress in therapy, and provide insight regarding how emotions affect one's ability to cope effectively. Recently I became certified as an ADHD coach as well! Contact me for information regarding those services!!
I remember what it was like to be a teenager, and how difficult it was to get through the difficulties associated with becoming more independent, navigating through social rules, and still doing all that schoolwork. I try to keep this in mind when helping my teenage patients and their parents.
I am a younger practitioner, which some adolescents find helpful. In addition, when it comes to Adult ADHD, I have a unique perspective of being married to an adult with ADHD! I understand the impact this can have on a relationships and communication, and also know some ways to help!
