I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I also take a holistic, mind-body approach, recognizing that emotional stress often shows up physically and that reconnecting with yourself and your body can be an important part of healing.
