I utilize a warm, open, collaborative approach where we identify individual client strengths to develop treatment goals together. Approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), skill building & Solution Focused Therapy.
