I am a person-centered therapist who use holistic approach as my goal is to empower and motivate clients. I draw a variety of modalities (CBT, mindfulness, and Ericksonian hypnosis) to meet clients' needs.
Even though I don't prescribe medications, I prescribe tips for happiness. I am specialized in finding the silver lining in a difficult situation and I will support you to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
