I work from a psychodynamic lens, exploring how early experiences and relational patterns show up in your life today. Rather than trying to force change, we slow down and focus on understanding why your patterns exist, which naturally opens space for shifts to occur. My work is supported by the ongoing supervision of psychologist Soni Gibbons Psy.D. PSY1670.
