When we’re hurting or just going through a difficult time, so often we feel alone in our experiences. Depression, anxiety, trauma and loss can narrow our perspectives and make us feel disconnected from our loved ones and ourselves. In those moments, it can be hard to access our own sense of worth. I welcome all my clients with unconditional acceptance, wherever they are in their lives, and however they are feeling. I provide clients with tools that encourage and enhance a sense of well being, and offer a compassionate, welcoming, nonjudgmental space to help them connect with their own inner strength and wisdom.
Through mindfulness, guided meditations, EMDR, and art therapy, I provide clients opportunities to identify and challenge learned belief systems related to traumas and life experiences. With a calm nervous system, we can attune to our own needs, deepen our understanding of ourselves, and address life’s challenges from a place of strength.
Change is possible. Whether you are struggling with life transitions, past trauma, anxiety, loss, or relationship issues, I will work with you to grieve and honor the path you've walked, while effectively making changes and creating new habits that serve you in creating the life that you want.
